As you can see below, I haven’t added many free resources to this page.  I will add new items occasionally, so check back to see what’s new, or subscribe to my emails (sign-up on the right) and I’ll let you know when new things are available.

Loving List Worksheet — How can you know how to really love another person?  What do they need to feel loved?  Here is a half-page worksheet to give to someone you love, for that person to list the actions you can take that will make them feel loved by you.  When they return it to you, you will know exactly what you can do that will make the other feel loved.  Use this in any loving relationship.  Great for couples to exchange with each other.  Aids communications and sharing what’s in our hearts; builds intimacy and trust.

Includes basic instructions and examples.   2 half pages.

To download a file, click on the appropriate link for the type of file you want.

Depending on your browser and type of file you select, your download may begin immediately (as with PDF files), or a new button or window will appear, which you will have to click, again (for example, in Chrome, the download ribbon may appear at the bottom of the screen with a buttons on the left for immediate download, and on the right, showing your recent download history).

To use PDF type files, you will need the free Adobe PDF Reader, which is a quick download at http://www.adobe.com/products/reader.edu.html
